Terms & Conditions
Caliandre curates bespoke luxury travel experiences on the French Riviera, encompassing villa rentals, yacht charters, private chefs, wellness treatments, premium transfers and exclusive reservations. Each service is subject to availability and confirmed upon request.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The outstanding balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe prior to the scheduled service date. In the event of non-payment within the specified deadlines, Caliandre reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
All cancellations must be made in writing and may incur cancellation fees depending on the notice provided and the nature of the services. While we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate any requested modifications, all changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Guests are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided at the time of booking, and for ensuring full compliance with applicable local regulations, visa requirements and travel restrictions. Caliandre shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, loss or additional expense resulting from any failure to meet these obligations.
Caliandre acts exclusively as an intermediary between its clients and independent third-party service providers. Accordingly, we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, delay or disruption resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, or any failure or default on the part of such providers.
